Cancellations POLICY

Ikebana Studio Ma is committed to providing a high-quality learning experience. Due to the intimate size of our classes and the preparation required in advance, the following cancellation policy applies to all bookings.

1. Organiser Cancellations
    •    If Ikebana Studio Ma cancels a class, participants will receive a full refund of all fees paid.
    •    Classes may be cancelled or rescheduled if minimum enrolment numbers are not met.

2. Participant Cancellations
    •    Cancellations or transfer requests received at least 7 working days prior to the scheduled class:
    •    Participants may request a transfer to an alternative date, or
    •    Request a credit for the full amount paid, valid for future use.
    •    No administrative fee will apply.
    •    Cancellations or transfer requests received within 7 working days of the scheduled class:
    •    A 30% administrative fee will be charged (the fee may vary depending on the class).
    •    The balance of the tuition fee will be retained as credit for future use.
    •    Cancellations or non-attendance within 24 hours of the scheduled class:
    •    The booking will be charged at 100% of the class fee.
    •    No refunds or credits will be issued.

3. Credits
    •    Credits issued under this policy are valid for 12 months from the date of the original booking.

4. Refunds
    •    Except where expressly stated, refunds will not be provided for participant cancellations or non-attendance.
